Our standard Gale Marine Custom Airboat hull is robust, built with .190″ 5086 aluminum, along with 7-11 full length longitudinal stringers depending on boat size, making them extremely durable. Since 2012, we also maintain and perform repairs on all airboats, including adding UHMW polymer to bottom or sides to absorb impact.
We have partnered with Levitator Engines, as they provide the highest quality, longest-lasting, and top-performing marine engines available, along with a 3 year/ 200 hr warranty. If your custom application or desire exceeds the horsepower available through Levitator, we’ve also partnered with Wegner Automotive | The Industry Leader In LS and LT Engines for high horsepower custom builds. Depending on your airboating needs, we would be happy to assist in choosing the right engine, Century Drive Systems Gear Box or Belt Drive, and Whirlwind Propeller combination for your needs.
